the project page with links to their publications can be found here http://go.bath.ac.uk/rfu-crisp . if your club is interested in taking part please respond directly to the contact details are given in the further information and on the foot of the flyer. bill beaumont county championship division 2, pool 2 just missed out on a place in the final of the bill beaumont county championship division 2 at twickenham against leicestershire, the pool 1 winners, but were undefeated in their campaign. in week two of the competition, drew with hampshire as did the north midlands with warwickshire, so that set-up an intriguing finale to the pool matches. hampshire led the table from with a superior points difference of plus 20 points leaving more possible combinations that those to the bank of england safe!. if hampshire had a try-scoring victory at home to warwickshire, then needed to win by twenty points, and take a bonus point plus more points than hampshire’s winning margin at havant. did manage to secure a bonus-point victory over the north midlands but it is hampshire who went through to the final after a 39-10 victory over warwickshire who has a player sent off after 23 minutes. " it was all down to the week two result where we needed a victory – but it didn’t quite go our way " said 's chairman of senior rugby, mark hawkes, " we know that going into to the last game that we had to win and came close to sealing the bonus point in the first half. but it was a close game at half time down at havant after warwickshire went down to 14-men. we haven’t been beaten this season so we remain very positive. we have quite a few young player coming through which makes thing bright for the future having built on last season's showing.
